Grace Bible College and Theological Seminary offers a comprehensive and challenging programs designed to provide learning opportunities and sound biblical and theological foundations for the individual student. We seek to train you as real soldier of the cross for the great work the Lord has called you to do. Most Important pray: To what program do you sense God is calling you? The year is divided into two (2) semesters. The first semester runs from July to December, and the second semester runs from January to June. There is two months vacation between the two semesters, during which students are sent on a mission. (Please note every semester we will have workshops on Greek and Hebrew) Important Note: Bible college students will be expected to go on missions with the college staff a number of times in the year as part of the training. All Seminary students must do the set book readings,finish essays and be involved in a church in preaching and ministry to pass the course.

Grace Bible College and Theological Seminary gives highest consideration to applicants with the strongest recommendations, academic credentials and evangelistic zeal. G.B.C.T.S welcomes applications from students of diverse ethnicity, interests, and abilities. An applicant who wishes to enroll at G.B.C.T.S should be one who is committed to the Christian faith and to the Bible as the sole authority for faith and practice. Basic Entry
A high School education is required for all programs except for some mature students.

Tuition and Fees:
Grace Bible College and Theological Seminary and Seminary is an affordable choice for the highest quality of theological training – which means great value for you. Not only do we work hard to offer reasonable tuition, we also work hard to keep student fees to a minimum. A flexible fee payment plan is available:20% of the full fees on admission. 100% before the End of the Semester. ( We do have a fund for students called to ministry but can't afford the fees.)

Tuition Fee Schedule:

The following fees apply-

Full-time Students: 500 cedis per semester- $90.70

Part-time Students: 400 cedis per semester - $72.56

Application fee: 30 cedis - $5.44

The tuition rate is the same for both distance learning and on-campus study.

International Students:

GBCTS welcomes and invites applications from qualified students who come from other countries and cultures who would like to further develop in the Bible and desire to take their knowledge back to their home country to share with Christians there.

Please read carefully the following information as it applies specifically to applicants from other countries.
International applicants must submit the following four (4) items, in addition to those listed for each Diploma application:
1.Church Endorsement Form:
Grace Bible College and Theological Seminary strives to cooperate with churches in other countries by admitting those students who, in the judgment of their churches, will enrich their future ministry.
2.Affidavit of Support:
An applicant must have a financial sponsor submit a completed Affidavit of Support.
3.Bank Statement
4.Demonstration of English Proficiency (TOEFL or degree taught in English).

Cost of Living

Tuition fees do not cover books or living expenses.

Step # 1: Research GBCTS programs and choose which program to which to apply.

Step # 2: Download and fill in the application form.

Step # 3: Submit the application form with a fee of 30 cedis / $5.48 and all additional supporting documents, through our mail Grace Bible College and Theological Seminary, P.O.Box 2152, KN-Accra, Ghana-West Africa.

Step # 4: Stay connected after applying.

Note: GBCTS will communicate an admission decision within few weeks after an applicant’s file has been deemed to be complete.
